THE COACH HOUSE
The Coach House is a Grade II listed country house available for hire for photography, TV or film shoots.
Historically part of the 144-acre Eashing Park & House Estate, The Coach House was built by Ezra Gill in 1741. The early Georgian architecture in Palladian style was built upon a location older still, with reflections of much earlier Tudor times revealed in surrounding brick walls. Whilst the beautiful Eashing Park mansion house sadly fell to decay and demolition, The Coach House still remains and was sympathetically converted to an elegant, residential property.

With over 5,000 square foot of living space set over 2 floors, the property is a charming blend of old and modern details. Ornate ceilings, Georgian plasterwork, open fires, original flooring meets beautiful lighting, stylish furniture and modern home comforts.

Set in the ancient hamlet of Eashing and surrounded by the most beautiful and spectacular Surrey landscape makes it the perfect hub or base to shoot in the local vicinity. Whether it’s the King’s Man and Skyfall shot in nearby Hankley Common; Transformers: The Last Knight and Gladiator in Bourne Wood; or The Mummy and Hot Fuzz in Waverley Abbey, all only 15 mins away – the list of major feature films and TV dramas that have been attracted to the immediate area makes it a first class setting.
